Since 1965 Denmark has been a major wine producing area of Western Australia. Located along the south coast of Western Australia, the Rainbow Coast has a Mediterranean climate - perfect for growing cool climate wines.
The Wilson Inlet, a focal point for the town, has an abundance of black swans and other bird life. We counted over fifty swans in several flocks spread along the Inlet one morning in February.
